Why Faxloo

Most online fax services were built when fax was the only option for sending documents. They charge monthly subscriptions you can't easily cancel, hide the annual rate behind a tiny toggle, and treat 'free trial' as 'free until we auto-charge you for a year'. We built Faxloo because every fax app we tried did this to us at least once.

Faxloo is different in three ways: $1 buys you 10 pages with no subscription. Credits never expire. Cancellation is one click in your account. That's it. We're competing on simplicity, not feature sprawl.

Frequently asked

What's the cheapest way to send one fax?
Buy a $1 PAYG pack — 10 credits, which covers one fax up to 10 pages domestically. No subscription, no expiration.
Do credits expire?
No. PAYG credits never expire — use them whenever. Subscription credits roll over each billing cycle.
How do I cancel a subscription?
One click from your account page. No emails, no phone calls, no waiting for a billing portal. You stay subscribed until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I fax internationally?
Yes. International faxes use 3 credits per page (US/Canada is 1 credit per page). Pricing scales accordingly; international is supported on every plan.
Is my fax content private?
Yes. Faxes are transmitted over TLS, stored briefly in encrypted blob storage for retry on failure, and not logged. We never see the content of what you send.
