About Faxloo

Faxloo is built by people who got tired of online fax services that lied with their pricing, made cancellation impossible, and treated "free trial" as a way to auto-charge you for a year.

What we believe

• Pricing should be visible. Every plan we sell is on the pricing page. We don't hide annual rates behind toggles or sales calls.
• Free should be free. Not a trial. Not "free for 14 days then we auto-charge". Just free.
• Cancellation should be one click. If you can subscribe in one click, you should be able to cancel in one click.
• Credits shouldn't expire. You paid for them. They should be there when you need them.
• Fax should be simple. Send the document. Receive the confirmation. That's the entire product.

Who we are

Small. US-based. Building Faxloo because we needed it ourselves and every existing option had some version of the problems above. We're not trying to build a $10B unicorn. We're trying to build a $5-a-month fax product that doesn't make you feel cheated.
